碩士 / 國立暨南國際大學 / 資訊工程學系 / 106 / Globalization has spread worldwide. It is common for people to communicate by using multiple languages no matter where they are. In Taiwan, we can usually see people using Chinese and English in conversation or articles. However, it is easy to switch languages in dialogue but not in computer input. That is why we propose the method for modeless input which users can ignore the language mode of the input method and concentrate on his own typing. With the aid of support vector machine, our algorithm would identify the language of the input sequence and switch between Boshiamy and English automatically.
