Pilot Test of Simple Cardiopulmonary Fitness Evaluation Model / 簡易心肺適能評估模型建立之先導試驗

碩士 / 國立體育大學 / 運動與健康科學學院 / 107 / Nowadays, there are not many researches that investigate situ incremental oxygen consumption and heart rate data. The purpose of this study is to develope a simple cardiopulmonary energy measurement method. 100 20 to 65-year-old healthy subjects were volunteered to participate in this study. The cardiopulmonary function measurement system was used to analyze their successive oxygen consumption, multivariable linear regression was used to establish a prediction formula for oxygen consumption, and SPSS 20.0 for window was applied to do the correlation analysis. The findings of oxygen consumption predictive value are as follows: the R value of mode 1 was 0.471, the R value of mode 2 was 0.7444, and the R value of mode 3 was 0.742. The correlation coefficient of the preliminary evaluation method and oxygen consumption measurement value reached R value 0.7. Therefore, the results indicates that we can firstly eliminate the low physical energy consumption, and consider to use a more simple, time-saving, and high-precision orientation to design a new method of cardiopulmonary fitness measurement.
