博士 / 國立彰化師範大學 / 工業教育與技術學系 / 106 / This research presented a case study on C Company -- a small and medium sized manufacturing industry of electronics and semiconductors production machinery and equipment supplier established in Tianwei Township, Changhua County in 1999. It explored the advantages and challenges during its development process, and analyzed how C Company used the blue ocean strategy to realize rapid transformation, moved beyond the red ocean, and set the new records in operating revenue under the industry competition and change of scientific and technological industry. Its successful practice in using the blue ocean strategy can be used as the reference by other middle and small-sized enterprises. In order to achieve the research purpose, this research adopted case study method to discuss the theme. In addition to literature review and analysis of relevant documents, an in-depth interview was done with C Company’s founder, VP of business, supervisor of planning section and commissioner of comprehensive management section and then an overall analysis was conducted from the perspective of the Blue Ocean Theory and phenomenology to draw a conclusion:
1.C Company develops precision alignment industry with tactical advantages, the founder has creative thinking to lead the Company to head for research and development and promote local industry development, but its transformation process faces technology, talents and market and other challenges due to the limited company size and terrain factor.
2.C Company improves the company's profits, expands product channels and solve the problem of manpower shortage with the practice of establishing core technologies, creating its own brand and patent layout, implementing network marketing and other internal transformation.
3.C Company actively joins in industry alliance to promote energy technology, takes advantage of university-industry cooperation, innovates talent cultivation, research modular products and improve imitation barriers and successfully creates a blue ocean of the enterprise with the use of participation in competition, exhibition and other means.
4.The operation mode of C Company creating a blue ocean in this research can provide a reference to small and medium-sized enterprises to create their own brand; but enterprises will face new challenges constantly and there still needs to seek for solutions with creative thinking.
