碩士 / 南華大學 / 民族音樂學系 / 106 / The Brazilian composer Heitor Villa-Lobos is one of the most influential composers on Brazil music. “Bachianas Brasileiras" is probably his most well-known work, his piano work "Suite Floral" is rather unknown. This research is a study of "Suite Floral" in examining his compositional techniques and characteristics, for a better understanding of his style and trends. And furthermore, by reviewing his learning path to perceive the significance of his music, and how Villa-Lobos`s music affect other Brazilian composers in future generations. This study is a review of "Suite Floral" and hoping to help the interpretation of the "Suite Floral".
