碩士 / 國立高雄海洋科技大學 / 水產養殖研究所 / 106 / The purpose of this study is to estimate the disease risk value caused by the pathogens that produced by cultured organisms in different climates by observing the changes of pathogenic bacteria in the live feed organism aquaculture ponds. Using the monitoring results of common pathogens in the live feed organism aquaculture ponds in southern Taiwan to investigate the changes in the water-borne pathogens in the ponds in this area, and to assess their risks. In this experiment, the water sample were collect separately from the live feed organism aquaculture ponds in Tainan, Kaohsiung and Pingtung. The monitoring period was one year. From October 2015 to September 2016, samples were collect once a month. After culture, counted the colonies of Vibrio alginolyticus、Vibrio parahaemolyticus、Vibrio cholerae, Vibrio vulnificus、Lactococcus garvieae and Pseudomonas fluorescens, and finally rated the positive reaction. The results showed that the highest positive rate and the risk value were Vibrio alginolyticus, and the positive rate and risk value of remaining Vibrio were all higher than both of Lactococcus garvieae and Pseudomonas fluorescens. This study also established a set of risk assessment values through the investigation of morbidity and pathogens, to provide aquaculture farmers with future prevention.
