碩士 / 國立高雄海洋科技大學 / 水產養殖研究所 / 106 / There are many species and quantities of ornamental fish in Taiwan. These species are mainly alien species, which has caused an impact on the environment and the economy. For the risk assessment of aquatic alien species, currently we don't have the quantitative basis and standards. This study used the Fish Invasiveness Screening Kit (FISK), it has been detected 50 species of invasive species, permitted alien species and non-permitted alien species. In addition, statistical standard for invasive species were compared with three group of Taiwan Invasive Alien Species Database (TIASD), FishBase and FishBase bulletin list of Taiwanese invasive species(FishBase TW) that FISK score for each individual were analyzed by the Receivers Operating Characteristic (ROC) curve statistics. The Area Under ROC (AUROC) of TIASD, FishBase and FishBase TW were 0.9428, 0.6252 and 0.7392. Therefore, the TIASD was applied to Taiwan. FISK had the ability to identify invasive and non-invasive species, and further to Youden's index was calculated by the TIASD that threshold for High-risk species was 12. The threshold differentiated which 15 species were high-risk invasive species. Heterotis niloticus, Osphronemus goramy and Pangasianodon hypophthalmus were newly identified potential invasive species. In addition, the fish species were screened in the direction of Cichlidae, Poeciliidae and Cyprinidae, and there are better models when the ratio of invasive species to non-invasive species is balanced. Recommendations use more comprehensive assessment of freshwater fish in the future.
