An Evaluation of Navigation Human risk Factors of Warship Collision in Taiwan / 我國軍艦航行碰撞事故人為風險因素評估

碩士 / 國立高雄海洋科技大學 / 航運管理研究所 / 106 / The purpose of this research is to identify human risk factors in Taiwan warship (Navy ship) collision. The risk factors are identified through review of past literatures and expert interviews. The researcher had employed the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) model to evaluate the risk extent of these factors based on the analysis of the data. The result are listed in order of “navigator-ship operator factor,” “navigator-equipment factor,” and “navigator-equipment factor.” The main risk factors that contributed to the Navy Ship collisions were “misjudgments,” “overspeed,” and “failure to comply with regulations,” respetively.
