Static and Dynamic Analysis of Yacht Structure / 遊艇結構強度與振動分析

碩士 / 國立高雄海洋科技大學 / 造船及海洋工程研究所 / 106 / Fiber-reinforced plastic composite materials are widely used in the shipbuilding industry due to their high specific strength, high specific rigidity, high damping, low magnetic properties, and corrosion resistance. They are mainly used in high value-added products such as yachts, high-speed boats, and warships. Taiwan’s current production of large-scale yachts has ranked among the top five in the world. It is also committed to high-speed-boat domestic sales and export, and it is also actively launching the national shipbuilding business. Composite materials are highly competitive in high-performance ship applications.
The lightweight structure of the hull is the trend of energy saving and carbon reduction. However, the ship is a large and complex structure, and it is difficult to grasp dynamic loads such as host propellers and other propellers, wind waves, ship movements, and the highly different mechanical properties of directionality of FRP composite, how to ensure the comfort and safety of ships, and the lightweight structure design are important topics for the design of composite hull structures.
This article intends to use a yacht as the object of analysis, to study the dynamic properties of the composite material ship structure, develop its analysis method, to correctly evaluate the calculation of the various complex loads on the boat, and then analyze the composite material hull structure with finite elements to achieve the purpose of lighter ships with personal comfort, hull and equipment safety.
