Taiwan's yacht market faces harsh environment in recent years. Luxury yachts can be mass produced and exported. The main key is successful transformation and excellent manufacturing processes.
At the time of the steady development of Taiwan's yacht industry, it faces the gradual aging of industrial and technical talents and the shortage of yacht styling and design talents. This paper explores the development model of the yacht industry talents and seeks to improve the yacht industry talents.
Collecting and inspecting and exploring the yacht industry talents in Europe and America. Compare with Taiwan's yacht talent development, refer to European and American cultivation and training methods, and seek solutions. And a questionnaire survey of Taiwanese yacht manufacturers, expecting to contribute to the development model of the yacht industry talents.
