As long as the promotion of recruitment performance can be compared to recruit capability, including organization, manpower, connections, power, funds, equipment, resources, etc., in the face of environmental changes, enterprises expect the organization to maintain its competitiveness and sustainable operation, borrowing From the "simplification of personnel, reducing costs, and thus improving operational efficiency, competitiveness and increasing profitability", the Marine Commission of the Executive Yuan Marine Commission (hereinafter referred to as the Sea Guard) is like a microcosm of enterprises, with limited recruitment of manpower and pipelines. Under the circumstances, how to reduce costs, increase recruitment channels, and effectively increase recruitment energy.
If workers want to do their best, they must first sharpen their tools. As technology advances and the information platform is all-encompassing, the Internet popularizes the public and lives closely. Internet technology has become the best bridge between people. The information platform that everyone likes to use is different. Marketing alone cannot achieve maximum benefit. It uses popular social networking sites and software for integration, and through the resource sharing and mutual benefit model, it is cherished and reasonable under limited resources.
