碩士 / 國立高雄海洋科技大學 / 海洋事務與產業管理研究所 / 106 / The main purpose of this study is to explore the relationship among the background variables, job stress and coping strategies of the coast patrol lieutenant officers, taking 180 lieutenant officers from the Coast Guard 6th Brigade of the Southern Branch Coast Guard Administration as the research object, Using a questionnaire survey method and analyzing by SPSS statistical software for narrative statistical analysis, reliability analysis and one-way analysis of variance.
The findings are as follows:
1. Coast Guard Administration lieutenant officers with different background variables have significant differences in job stress.
2. Coast Guard Administration lieutenant officers with different background variables have significant differences in coping strategies.
3. Females Coast Guard Administration lieutenant officer have a higher sense of job stress than men, and more often use positive response.
4. Coast Guard Administration lieutenant officers who graduated from the professional officer class have a higher sense of job stress than the graduates of the Army official school.
5. Reserve officers have a higher sense of job stress than sanding officers, and more often use negative response.
6. Different job stress facets will cause the job stress of Coast Guard Administration lieutenant officers with different work nature, and non-administrators will use positive response more often.
