Study on indoor seeding cultivation of monstroma nitidum in penghu / 澎湖礁膜(Monostroma nitidum) 室內種苗培育之研究

At the first, collecting the gamates of M. nitidum, laying the thallus to air dry and dark, the drying times was 6、12、18、24 hours gametes will combine form to zygote. Zygote adherence need to darkness, so Dark time is set to 1、6、10、12、18、24 hours. The zygote growing condition of temperature is set 15、20、25℃,Above condition applied to M. nitidum. production module test. The results show the optimum conditions for the gametes release is 12 hrs it's release amount is 9.27×106 cells/ml,the dark time to zygote adhearence is 12 hrs, the amount of attachment is 43.20±2.71. There were no significant effects on zygote growing of three temperature. The zoospores were found in each group for the ninety day. The zoospores were cultured to temperature of 20 ℃ can grow to larvae. The adhesion of zygotes maintained in continuous culture from March 2017 to November 2017. In 9 months, the diameter of zygote reached 32.17±0.67 µm. we stimulate the zoospores released under the reference light intensity. We cultured zoospore indoor for 1 month. We found the larvae. We try to do field trial at Jing-an and Chengcian Intertidal zone in December. We observe frond In January 2018. Development of Monostroma aquaculture technology in the future, in order to achieve ecological reproduction and sustainable use.
