Chemical Constituents from the Formosan Crinoid Colobometra Perspinosa / 台灣海域海百合餘刺短羽枝 Colobometra perspinosa 所含化學成分之研究

b]pyran-4-one (1) and four know compounds, 5,8-dihydroxy-6,10-dimethoxy-2-methyl-4H-naphtho[1,2-b]pyran-4-one (2), 5-O-methylcomaparvin (3), comaparvin (4), 6-methoxycomaparvin-5-methyl ether (5). Compound 1 is the first maphthopyrone derivative possessing a pentyl group. The structures of compounds 1-5 were established by spectroscopic methods and by comparison of their spectroscopic data with those of related metabolites.
  In the in vitro anti-inflammatory experiments (iNOS and COX-2), compound 5 were found to inhibit the accumulation of the pro-inflammatory iNOS protein (27.95%) in the LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 macrophage cells.
