碩士 / 國立屏東大學 / 生態休閒教育教學碩士學位學程 / 107 / The main purpose of the study was to study Participants’s Motivation, Flow Experience and Experience Value for Donggang King Boat ritual. Secondly, we analyzed the differences in motivation, flow experience and experience value among participants with different backgrounds. Finally, we studied the relationships among the motivation, flow experience and experience value about participants. The research was conducted by questionnaire survey with the questionnaire titled “The motivation, flow experience and experience value about participants for donggang king boat ritual. ” Through random sampling, questionnaires were distributed to 350 participants for donggang king boat ritual and 346 of the samples were valid. The overall valid percentage for the questionnaire was 98.9%. The collected data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, one-way MANOVA, and The path analysis by SPSS of Windows 17.0 versions.The findings were as follows:1. Motivation, flow experience and experience value of participants of donggang king boat ritual was high degree. 2. The participants for donggang king boat ritual with different gender, occupations, participation times and places of residence had significant difference in the participants’s motivation. 3. The participants for donggang king boat ritual with different gender, occupation, participation times, stay time and place of residence had significant difference in the flow experience. 4. The participants for donggang king boat ritual with different genders and staying time had significant difference in the experience value. 5. There was a significant positve correlation between participation motivation, flow experience and experience value. And the participants for donggang king boat ritual had the higher of experience value after participating in the motivation. Finally, In the case of increasingly diverse leisure activities. I hope that this research will let more people understand the value and sensitivity of traditional ritual activities.
