Based on Data Analysis Techniques to Improve the Repair Processes of Military Transport Aircrafts / 以數據分析技術協助軍用運輸飛機修護作業改善之研究

Since the first batch of military transport aircraft have been in service for more than 30 years now, due to the increasingly diverse nature of the missions and the increasingly difficult preparation of spare parts, the manpower and resources resources have become increasingly restricted. Therefore, with the minimum manpower and time required, The most efficient repair, so try to find out more to assist in the implementation of repair judgment information, with a view to do more with less. In this study, the characteristics of the selected components for the longest working hours,after analyzing the data of component maintenance, firstly, the two non-linked databases are established, and then the ACCESS cross-analysis function and EXCEL pivot analysis chart are used to analyze the causes of faults on the machine and the correlation between components and parts. WEKA data mining software for decision tree classification, the use of decision tree model, forecast aircraft equipment repair procedures, to achieve more efficient fault judgments, shorten the inspection man hours.
