National Museum of Marine Biology and Aquarium Cultural and Creative Design - Image of Coral Fish / 運用海生館珊瑚礁魚元素於文創產品設計之創作-以珊瑚礁魚意象為例

碩士 / 國立屏東科技大學 / 時尚設計與管理系所 / 106 / The creation is based on the marine life of the National Museum of Marine Biology and Aquarium (NMMBA). The imagery elements of the NMMBA successfully-recovered coral fish are transformed into digital printing. After Tests of Color Fastness to Washing and Color Fastness to Heating, digital printing result in level 4~5 for staining and fading which are perfectly practical.
The unique 3D cutting of clothing features images of schools of swimming head-up coral fish including colorful mandarin goby, blake-white pipe fish. The hand-painted bages use imagery elements of Plectorhinchus vittatus, Bluestreak cleaner wrasse, Russel’s snapper, Chaetodontoplus septentrionalis, and Pomacanthus semicirculatus. The creative clothing is divided into two mahor categories - carol fish Series and Finding Nemo Series, and five patterns – Coloful, Mutual Affinity, Free Spirit, Circle of Life, and Head-Raising. And the creative hand-painted bags have patterns like Savory carol fish, Guardian Angel, Mysterious Man Behind the Mirror, Cute Anglefish, All Things Begin Again, etc. Through building the lively exuberant vitality of coral fish, hoping that compatriots will take ecological preservation of fish seriously more and protect the Earth together.
