碩士 / 國立中山大學 / 高階經營碩士班 / 106 / This thesis mainly compares between the latest types of One Belt One Road railway transportation and transportation of sea/air arrangement by freight forwarder. It was discussed the rational transportation type by the transportation cost / transit time / shipping risk / loading volume of the goods.
Nowadays, the transport mode is gradually changing, and traditional sea and air transportation can no longer satisfy customer''s requests. The delivery of finished products by customers is increasingly diversified, and the delivery time that buyers want is also getting faster and faster to keep up with the trend of the times. Therefore, helping customers to find the most suitable mode of transportation is the best way to enhance their competitiveness. One Belt One Road railway transportation is the key to the implementation of China in recent years, the freight forwarders should not regard railway transportation as just a competitor, but should regard it as a cooperative partner, dedication to the business, develop more customers, and take more business.
In this study, taking C Group as an example, in the face of the latest One Belt One Road European-Asian rail transport, through in-depth interviews with qualitative research and business strategy analysis, we research the direction of our efforts and competitive advantages that freight forwarder should develop; Recognize your position first, and then quickly help our customers to find the most suitable mode of transport to take the business, related information will be provided to the C Group senior executives and related colleagues to make decisions and actions.
