碩士 / 國立臺灣師範大學 / 光電科技研究所 / 106 / In this study, a high-Tc SQUID-detected nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer was set-up in National Taiwan University Hospital to discriminate Breast tumor. Improve Pick-up coil and let SNR increase 20 percent (measure 0.5 ml di-water). Make breast samples effective for micro-measurement (0.05 g ~ 0.2 g). Exploit physical measurements of longitudinal relaxation time(T1)to measure breast samples and then measurement of the minimum sample size of breast tissue and shortening the time of the experiment. Statistics confirmed that normal tissues and tumor tissues are statistically significant, and the sensitivity and specificity of identifying normal tissues and tumor tissues are calculated, with high numerical values, and it is proved that tumor tissue is measured using T1 measurement. For tumor discrimination, the T1 relaxation time of normal tissue and tumor tissue were demonstrated. Besides, the relation between T1 of tumor tissue and KI-67, pathology grade was established.
