碩士 / 國立臺灣海洋大學 / 河海工程學系 / 106 / The underwater foundation and cables of offshore wind turbines are affected by wave-current erosion. The riprap protective layer of underwater foundation is easily washed away as a result of erosion. Considering the operational safety issues, the riprap filling operation must be done at any time according to the erosion situation. However, in terms of the current situation of riprap at sea, most operators at various stages, like measurement manufacturers, construction contractors, design firms or sponsors are separated according to work rights. However erosion coverage, strategy development or review work of riprap is focus on shortening time and synchronous operation cause the investigation work affected by ocean climate. Therefore, this research integrates positioning technology such as GPS technology, single-beam sonar sounding technology and underwater depth measurement technology, and develops a real-time cloud-computing system which uploads actual measurement data to the server through the network and sends the difference in underwater topography and then transmits it back to each operating side, and simultaneously presents the operation interface of each user after further calculation according to the designed terrain.
In the system application part, this research conducted onsite experimentation in the open sea of Jinshan District to assess the measurement benefits of the permanent standing water depth-20 meters of the offshore wind turbines. The onsite measurement results show that the system can be calculated simultaneously in the cloud database through the system, and presents the operating platform of the operators at different levels simultaneously. The information is not only used to develop the strategies of the riprap location and quantity, but also serves as a reference for the sponsor to learn about the progress of the project.
