Using Technology Acceptance Model to Analyze the Intention of Customer Usage of Smart Container Real-time Information System / 以科技接受模式探討海運導入智慧型貨櫃動態資訊系統之使用意願

With continuous innovation in technology development, container shipping not only provides delivery services, but also requires the use of modern technology to enhance dynamic information services. There are many container shipping use smart containers to monitor and control container goods, and provide customers with real-time information on container dynamics. With the RFID and wireless communication technologies and applications, it is import into shipping containers and connect with the Internet to provide instant container dynamic information. Convenient statistics and management tracking, including container movement, temperature, humidity and other information for comprehensive assessment, and provide users with real time to monitor the integrity of the container (goods) and security.
This study adopts the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to analyze the intention of customer usage of smart container real-time information system, using the questionnaire survey to collect data.152 valid questionnaires were collected recycling rate is 82.1% and were analyzed by using the SPSS statistical analysis tools.
In according with the analyze data were verified that: (1) Perceived of usefulness, perceived ease of use and perceived of system security has a positive relationship and will in positive impact to attitude of use. (2) Attitude of use has a significant impact to intention of use.
