碩士 / 國立臺灣海洋大學 / 環境生物與漁業科學學系 / 106 / This research is aimed at the analysis of the vulnerability of the squid stick-held dip net using the experts questionaire and and the analytic hierarchy process method in the waters of northern TaiwanSea area.
The results obtained showed that the exposure, sensitivity and adaption ability were 0.4401, 0.819 and 0.288, respectively, while the totoal vunerability of squid fishery was 0.971 in the northern region. Based on the view of different county, the exporsure is same as 0.440 for New-Taipei city and Keelung county, as the fishing activity and ground were similar to each other. However, the sensitivity and adaption ability were respectively 0.775 and 0.305 in fihsing villages of New-Taipei city which is slight lower sensitivity and high adation ability than those of 0.872 and 0.283 in the village of keelung county. It suggested that the vunerability 1.029 of keelung is higher than that of 0.910 in New-Taipei city, as the fishery scale with the high decreaing rate on fish produciton of the latter is smaller than the former.
Finally, this adaption strageties of this fishery for exposure, sensitivity and adaption ability were also recommended. In the exposure field, the data of water temperature should be collected continuously with the establishment of stock assessment model. In addition, the squid spawning area in the northern waters of Taiwan can be continuously explored for fishing closure with the traceability product system for reducing sensitivity of fishery. For the possible adjustment ability, the cross-strait management should actively through the fishery consultation, the common fishery resources investigation, the conservation, the illegal fishing and so on. Fishermen could be consider to refer the case study on the total allowable catch policy of Sakura shrimp and larval anchovy fishery for promoting the sustainable management of squid resources.
