碩士 / 國立臺灣海洋大學 / 商船學系 / 106 / With the development of the global economy and international competition, businesses are improving their business systems, establishing institutionalization and error prevention, because of the fierce competition, the pursuit of performance growth is a pressing task, thus many standard management and operating procedures are developed, and therefore a large number of reports emerged as a result; and advances in technology bring people more convenience, Reliability, Security, people rely on technology products to become increasingly serious, the also makes life and work pace faster, The pace of acceleration will make people's psychological tension and pressure increase, fatigue feeling arises spontaneously. The crew working at sea is a very special working environment, the crew must shift duty when sailing at sea, during Port need to deal with loading and unloading operations and various units of inspection and more and more clerical work, working long hours has become a normal phenomenon.
Work stress is the stress that occurs when people are confronted with the threat of psychological imbalance arising from a situation in which they work. It can even cause people to be physically and mentally exhausted during severe job burnou, nowadays the crew's working style needs more work pressure, and the measures of the airline operators to streamline the crew will increase the crew's workload and overwork.
Based on this, This article is based on the relevant literature on seafarers' workplace fatigue and intends to IMO (International Maritime Organization ) circulars about the crew fatigue of the four categories and complainant domestic scholars "workplace fatigue scale", collect relevant data for domestic merchant seamen by questionnaire; Data analysis system is in structural equation mode (SEM) Statistical Method Execution, to explore the relevance of fatigue sensation to work attitude.
The results of this study show that the fatigue sensation of Taiwanese sailors is "personal fatigue", "Work Fatigue","Environmental Factors","Management Factors", "Ship Factors" and "Crew factors" and other six factors; This result shows whether the IMO The double detection of the "workplace fatigue scale" by the exclusive scale or domestic scholar has high reliability. This study defines the development of Job Related Attitudes including job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover tendency three factors. However, the apparent negative effect of crew fatigue on job satisfaction shows that the negative and insignificant effects on organizational commitment are negative but not significant.
The above mentioned may be due to the industrial specialization of seafarers ' work, even if not very satisfied with the maritime workplace, also do not dare to give up the crew work; therefore, if Taiwan wishes to maintain its abundant marine manpower resources, the government authorities should actively take measures to avoid wasting maritime education and marine human resources, and promote the development of the aviation industry, so that the maritime industry can flourish.
