On the Recreational Experience of Recreational Fishing Harbor-A Case Study on Zhuwei Fishing port / 休閒漁港遊憩體驗價值之研究-以竹圍休閒漁港為例

碩士 / 國立臺東大學 / 進修部暑期文化資源與休閒產業碩士專班 / 105 / The socioeconomic model in Taiwan has become recreational, and the modern people regard tourism as self achievement. As a result, people pay attention on the customer experience through the types of tourism has changed. The sport fishing in Taiwan should develope into the industry which is niche, ecological and experiential for the tourists. The prosperity of the tourism would not only bring the positive effects, but motivates sustainable development of local industry and culture. The objects of the study are the tourists in Chu-Wei Fishing Harbor in Dayan District, Taoyuan City. By using the means-end analysis, the study is investigated into the attribute preference, the result, and the personal value of the tourists. Furthermore, it is expected to bring the positive effects by investigating whether the tourists’ background, the variable of cheracteristic of recreation do have differentiation in means-end chains or not.
The first stage of the study is qualitative research that tourists are interviewed by using soft laddering. The second stage is quatitative research , and there are 225 valid questionairs as convenience sampling are analyzed.
The resault are as followings :
1. The positive identification of attribute preference about Chu-wei Fishing harbor are as following: tasting the seafood, the place where they can do leisure activies, the landmark building is special, enjoying the beautiful scene along the seashore. The tourists also get adorable mamory, enrichment and satisfaction when they are in the fishing harbor.
2. The attribute preference, the result and the value of the recreational harbor have cause-effect relation, and the study has approved that there has means-end chains in the experience about taking a trip to the recreational harbor.
3. About the identification of tourism experience to recreational harbor, there is no differentiation among the various background and attribute preference of the tourists.
