碩士 / 國立臺灣藝術大學 / 廣播電視學系碩士班應用媒體藝術組 / 106 / <Fisher> examines the distortion of facts in public media and how such phenomenon affects the reasoning and thinking of the recipients of information. The information recipients who are less discerning are more susceptible to the misguidance of information providers and more likely to develop a passive reliance on mediated information, thus losing their capabilities in differentiating between facts and distorted information gradually.
This work was framed by recording and the depiction from movie. It will make the audience feel the contrast of psychedelic style and traditional music. This artist’s statement consists of detailed accounts of the work: a review of artistic ideas statements of topic development and the choice of genre, a literature review, a style analysis, and the methods and agenda for execution. The artist’s statement aims at providing a systematic description of the work starting from its creation to its display.
