The Executive research development assessment committee had mentioned that as the national leisure tourism demands promoted , it's inevitable the sea area activities should gradually increase. And become one of the mainstream Taiwan tourism industries by <marine white paper>. Along with the promotion and advertising by the NGO. Marine sports has slowly become the national favorite leisure activities. In recent years Taiwan marine sports has gradually being popular. Leisure diving has become one of the mainstream of marine sports in Taiwan. There have more and more people started tending to diving activities. At the same diving spot, with the different specialization of divers and the diving spot environment condition, the feelings will have differences when diving. The different specialized pro diver will seek the environment condition to proceed the higher or lower place attachment desired effect. Therefore the different specialized divers perception to the environmental affordance affects the place attachment is what this research would trying to figured. The research domain location is Northeast Cave Longdong Bay dive site. Intentional sampling were issued on site. Data analyzed after Collected. The results exhibit: 1, different basic attribute leisure divers' recreational specialization level, feelings of environmental affordance and the level of place attachment, all have partial significant difference.; 2 leisure divers' recreational specialization to the level of place attachment has partial significant impact; 3 leisure divers' recreational specialization to the environmental affordance has partial significant impact; 4 the feelings of environmental affordance to the place attachment has significant influence. The research result expect the government can emphasize the leisure diving industry and related marine sports. Set various kinds of facility. Be the sampler policy and objectives of the leisure diver management. Achieving higher service quality. Effectively promote Taiwan leisure diving activities.
