碩士 / 東吳大學 / 企業管理學系 / 106 / The purposes of this study are to analyze the sources of well-being of travelers when they choose "Overseas Package Group Tour" and "Overseas Self-Help travel itinerary" respectively. Well-being is everyone yearning for the goal, has been a comprehensive psychological state and life experience, the study of people’s mental state, well-being can be a comprehensive pointer.
Modern society, the rise of leisure awareness, the age of travel abroad there is a trend of rejuvenation, and with the use of the network, online travel agencies, Low-cost Airlines, booking centers springing up, the tourism industry in order to win more customers often to price competition as a means, and lead to vicious competition results, So that the quality of tourism cannot be upgraded. Through the study of the sources of well-being, we know that the tourism consumers in the way of decision-making in the form of tourism before, in and after the sources of well-being, to understand the different tourism knowledge and tourism experience, to provide high-quality products and services. This study uses qualitative research, and obtained the following findings: 1.the quality of service is one of the main sources of well-being abroad travel consumers; 2. the leisure experience is one of the main sources of well-being for overseas tourists; 3. the leisure interest is one of the main sources of well-being; 4.the service quality of overseas group tourism consumers in relation to overseas free travel consumers significantly influences the source of well-being; 5. overseas the leisure interests of the free traveling consumers have a significant impact on their well-being compared with those of overseas group tourism consumers. Finally, we provide both theoretical contributions and practical implications based on the research findings for tour operators in product design and operation planning.
