碩士 / 東吳大學 / 政治學系 / 106 / This thesis takes the offensive realism theory and looks at how the actions and actions of the ROC, China, the Philippines, Vietnam, the United States of America in the South China Sea region from 2002 to 2016.
After China's rise, it gradually developed toward the oceanic countries and developed toward the South China Sea. The 2013 Silk Road Policy further enabled China to have a deeper understanding of the South China Sea countries. Influence, in the United States to return to the Asia-Pacific policy, how to deal with China's rise in the South China Sea region?
Looking at offensive realism to see why arms races in the South China Sea region will be born, and the security predicaments that countries have fallen into, as well as conflicts between countries in the South China Sea, how to make the region become increasingly tense, and use offensive realism as an analysis of the arms race.
