碩士 / 世新大學 / 企業管理研究所(含碩專班) / 107 / There are many problems in the operation of hospitals in various countries, such as
shortage of manpower and high turnover rate. It made that most patients can’t get perfect medical care. Especially in the large population of mainland China, there is a serious gap between the corresponding proportion of medical care workers and patients.
In order to solve this problem, we discusses the human resource management of the hospital from the viewpoint of production-university cooperation through case study and taking Shanghai Hexin Hospital as an example. It is found that the cooperation between industry and University in recruiting, educating and retaining talents is indeed helpful to alleviate the shortage of manpower in hospitals. At the same time, it can also enhance the work awareness and willingness of students and new recruits through systematic cooperative teaching and training programs, especially on the basis of long-term and interactive cooperative understanding.
However, there are no definite hospitals and hospitals in mainland China or even in other countries. The school-industry-university cooperation structure and operation promotion model can be borrowed from the mirror, so it depends on individual cases to accumulate a large number of successful experiences.
