碩士 / 世新大學 / 傳播管理學研究所(含碩專班) / 106 / City governance attaching the importance of the implementation of sustainable development, especially the United Nations has widely appealed to nations, no one should be in the pursuit of rapid economic development at the same time, serious damage to natural ecological resources and social harmony, must be strongly for future generations to strive for better living environment, so this study try to city governance as the theme through the green building concept, thinking toward sustainable development and the importance of the city.
By this study, we found that green building really has very high economic output, and the market space is quite wide, quite worthy of the industry in the development of green building, furthermore, profit more, can also be combined with various types of green technology to protect the natural ecology, give new green style of the city, and with the appropriate policy arrangements to effectively narrow the gap between urban and ruraldevelopment, is city governance towards a great tool for sustainable development.
But all countries in the world are still in the experimental stage. At present, a unified green building mode and evaluation form are not yet available for reference, so that the specific benefits of green buildings need to be observed for a long time.
