In 2006, we announced “Ocean Public White Cover Paper” and continually modified the “Heavy on Land and Light on Ocean”, therefore ocean management become significant important. Recent years, the public focuses on the quality of service more and more, because of that, the Coast Guard Administration operates the “Speedy Ports Inspection” public. In order to improve the quality of service to match the public expectation, this study focuses mainly on Coast Guard Administration at Southern Coastal Patrol Bureau of Kaohsiung business port. We then discuss and analysis the members of traveling ocean vessel the use of survey and SPSS software alone with other analysis.
According to the result from above, it provides some helpful suggestions on the Coast Guard Administration at Southern Coastal Patrol Bureau, as well as the improvise of the service quality for security inspection to ocean vessel.
