Discourse of Management Philosophy: A Study of Mold Industry / 淺談生豬養殖業經營模式:大陸台商之個案研究

碩士 / 亞洲大學 / 財務金融學系 / 106 / The livestock husbandry industry in China has long been dominated by small-scale peasant households. It is very easy to getting started the entry, the degree of large-scale development is not universal, and the industry is extremely dispersed. Most patterns are household or small-scale. However, influenced by western countries in recent years, pigs breeding industry has more and more factory-oriented models, greatly increasing the scale and efficiency of breeding.
Case company set up in Sichuan Province of China in December 2011, to engage in the pig breeding industry. Facing the official policy of paying more and more attention to environmental protection and the ever-expanding business environment of its competitors, the company positions its vision for the future as "vigorous farming and green management" to produce healthy and safe pork products while cultivating the singularity of organic nutrition fruit.
This case study based on the characteristics, visions and the internal and external environmental of the company, using the concept of financial, customer, internal processes and learning and growth of Balanced Scorecard (BSC) to establish appropriate performance assessment of the indicators and good performance evaluation system, and designing a case map of the company strategy to enhance the quality of the industry, strengthening the effectiveness of business management, prompting the company reaching its vision.
