Based on the current situation of invoicing management for an Operation design co., Ltd, this paper explains material inventory management. In the enterprise, it is important that information management system development of theoretical and technical knowledge learned in specialized courses was applied to analyze its business processes, data flow process, and the concept of the system model and logical model design, and the popular C language, Windows XP, SQL Server2008, and VMware were applied for the development environment to develop operation design for Co., Ltd. Invoicing management system. The system uses invoicing management structure model through the local area network to the company invoicing business information to achieve synchronous management in order to reduce business management costs and improve its economic efficiency.
