碩士 / 東海大學 / 餐旅管理學系 / 106 / In this study, qualitative research method was used to investigate the collection of wild vegetable and call for deep thought for concern on plant. Further in this study, wild vegetable in the campus of Tugnhai University and in the area of Taichung city was also explored; meanwhile, the recognition and collection of wild vegetable from the general public was also interviewed, and the researcher’s personal observation on the wild vegetable was also used as the architecture of this paper; from the interview, it was found that presently, most people can accept wild vegetable, but people’s familiarity on wild vegetable was still not enough, therefore, most people are afraid of getting toxic plant, collection of wild vegetable was thus not popular, hence, knowledge on the wild vegetable worth being promoted.
The green land of campus of Tunghai University was rich in plant, from the observation of the author, it was found that many out-of-campus people, who were not people belonging to Tunghai University, like to go around in the campus of Tunghai University to appreciate the campus, instead, students within the campus of Tunghai University do not pay too much attention on the change of plants in the green land of this school. Since the plants within this campus were so rich and beautiful, it was hoped that students within the campus can pay more attention to it.
Furthermore, it was also found from this study that most people, including young group and elder and silver-haired clan, who like wild vegetable also like to get close to the nature strongly; wild vegetable was the product of nature, after observing the wild vegetable of the nature, the author recognized that not to pollute and destruct natural environment was a way to protect the natural wild vegetable.
