This research is a study of Taiwan's machine tool industry overseas business strategy in Thailand as the object of study and scope. This study explored the advantages and disadvantages of Taiwan's machine tool industry to Thailand's business strategy by PEST analysis, Michael Porter's five forces Model, SWOT analysis and business interviews with industry practitioners. The data were collected, summarized and analyzed. As a pre-investment plan, Evaluation, decision-making an important reference, the final integration of the above data for analysis and put forward the conclusions and recommendations of this study.
