碩士 / 國立臺北科技大學 / 經營管理系碩士班 / 106 / With the development of the Internet and e-commerce, big data analysis, and mobile payments, consumerism has driven the growth of the industry in recent years due to the rise of online shopping. We can obtain more information, price comparisons, and user content. Consumers have more access to choose more products. Online merchants pay more attention to the service items in each order process. Traditional logistics in the order integration, warehouse management, warehouse packaging, distribution terminal integration, etc. in the past are all manual operations to operate extremely time-consuming and laborious.
Therefore, through this study, the concept of full access is introduced and the facets and factors of its e-commerce logistics operations are aggregated by exploring the key success factors of the entire routes. Then the FAHP and FDMATEL research methods are used to confirm the interrelationship between facets and factors. The above research findings and analysis and literature compilation suggest that e-commerce logistics providers can make changes in the information system in the future. In particular, product information integration and access information update and basic technology are of utmost importance. It is hoped that the research results will be used for future reference.
