碩士 / 國立臺北科技大學 / 管理學院EMBA大上海專班 / 106 / Taiwanese appreciate life quality increasingly that it makes the relative industries developing rapidly, no matter irritant, recreational or mobile diving activities have gradually become one of the most popular items among outdoor sports lovers, it not only exists in Taiwan but also exists in other places, it concludes free diving, snorkeling and scuba diving. And the diving industries have become more and more variety, this industry changed from just selling diving outfits or diving classes and activities to combining with the restaurant, hotel and experience diving in the hotel now, so we can see the Business Model is significant in recreational diving industry.
This research takes Diving Company A for example, through the literature and professor’s interview we can know the company’s state of operation and the situation of external environment. It also uses the instrument and technique of Five Forces Analysis, SWOT Analysis, Sudoku Thought Method and Business Model Nine Elements to find out the internal advantages and disadvantages, external environment opportunity and potential menace to confirm its problems and coping strategy, and a plan should be made to test whether it is feasible to extend or transformation in the future that we can make sure the company has a sustainable operation.
