From the Shore to the Other Side:A Preliminary Research on Life Education Combined with Cemetery Artistic Guide / 此岸到彼岸:墓園藝術導覽結合生命教育之初探研究

碩士 / 臺北市立大學 / 視覺藝術學系 / 106 / The purpose of this research is to explore the experience of mourners participating in the cemetery artistic tour combined with life education, as well as their impact on individuals. The researcher took Chin Pao San cemetery in the New Taipei City as an example and adopted a qualitative research method to participate in observations, interviews, and analysis of the course, the interview data of the five cemetery mourners were presented, and the following conclusions were obtained after collating the historical records and texts of "From the shore to the other side: spiritual care and art healing".
The experience of mourners participating in the artistic tour of the cemetery and the life education process is illustrated by the progressive process of "The Shore: Meets at the Departure", "The Journey: The Life Scenery," and "The Other Shore: Ripple from the Spirit "." The Shore: Meets at the Departure ", including mourners and cemetery, artistic works and staff encounters; The experiences of " The Journey: The Life Scenery " include activities such as precursor, memorial worship, meditation, awareness, release, and spiritual message. It also guides the participants through formal elements, intuitive associations, feeling connections, and interactive clues of symbolic metaphors to meet with the resonance between artistic works and personal life experience;" The Other Shore: Ripple from the Spirit " is about the participants' appreciation of the arts in the cemetery space, thus reflecting on the issues of "human with self", "human with others", "human with environment", and "human with spirituality" .
About the influence of participating in the cemetery artistic tour, the mourners in the cemetery space, through continuous interactions such as memorial of worship, appreciation of art, and interpersonal interaction, and then enhanced aesthetic experiences, personal awareness, and transformed the meaning of loss.Finally, based on the discovery and insights of this research, recommendations to practical workers and future research are made in this paper.
