Development of a 3D Virtual Reality Mobile Navigation System-A case study in the Yehliu Geopark / 3D虛擬實境行動導覽系統之設計-以野柳地質公園為例

碩士 / 真理大學 / 資訊工程學系碩士班 / 107 / In recent years, many internationally renowned sightseeing spots and museums have actively developed mobile navigation systems to enhance the navigation effect, but there is still lack of system designed for geopark. Since most of the geology parks have rich geological landscape and topography, the common multimedia navigation system is difficult to present the detailed 3D scenery and appearance, and the navigation effect is limited. Therefore, we take the internationally renowned Yehliu Geopark in Taiwan as an example to develop a virtual reality mobile navigation system that supports multiple 3D display functions. The system can provide various navigation functions such as 3D automatic navigation, free navigation, panoramic image, stereoscopic image, etc., and is supplemented by functions such as tour recommendation and geological knowledge quiz, which can effectively enhance the navigation effect, guide users to learn related geological knowledge, and further enrich the user's navigation experience.
