In the event of basement fire, it is easy to cause a lot of injuries. How to minimize the loss of life and property during disaster is a topic worthy of study.
This paper conducted literature reviews, case studies, and expert interviews to understand how to improve the rescue method. We also combined the firefighters and the hotel staff to conduct disaster relief simulation. To understanding the characteristics of the venues, the safety of personnel can be guaranteed and the disaster losses can be greatly reduced.
The conclusions of this paper are desrcibed as follows: 1. Underground space disasters are easy to cause a large number of casualties. Therefore, ambulance personnel should be added in the first time. 2. Well preparation in educating and training employees on fire protection and maintenance of fire-fighting equipment would effectively reduce damage. 3. War chess deduction can improve the rescue capacity of all staff.
