碩士 / 長榮大學 / 土地管理與開發學系碩士班 / 107 / In order to survey the implementation of the first phase of the overall development plan for rural regeneration, about the fishing village part of the promotion results, consolidationfishing village community residents "bottom up" proposed rural regeneration plan, to improve the living and human quality of fishing villages, promote rural regeneration through investigation of fishing village communities, improve the overall environment and related issues of the fishing village by suggestion, assisting fishing village residents to good use of the advantages in iocalizationand development to create a new opportunity, to assists the fishing village towards independent and sustainable business mode.
The scope of this thesis covers the Xinlong community of Fangliau Township and the Yufeng community of Jiadung Township in Pingtung county, a review of the literature on rural regeneration plan in two fishing village communities, and review the results of rural regeneration community annual implementation projects for promoting over the years, access to basic community information and implementation status through interviews, understand the current situation of the two rural communities' rural regeneration plan, and for the community annual implementation projects proposal content collection analysis (including benefit assessment), further assisting in the assessment of a fishing village community to promote Leisure Fisheries experience activities.
Through this paper survey and interview, learn more about the development of the two fishing village communities, practically explore community needs and tailor the diversity of counseling, implementing the development vision of rural regeneration plan；In turn, promote the discussion and exchange of ideas on fishing village regeneration, and expand the space for community development, promote fishing village regeneration and sustainable development together.
