碩士 / 中國科技大學 / 土木與防災設計系 / 107 / This paper mainly focuses on the "823 floods" in southern Taiwan on August 23, 2007. Its amazing rainfall has hit South Taiwan, causing great concern to the people of the country.Then using foreign”Sponge City”tactics ( Urban Rainstorm Management), combined with Low Impact Development (LID) technology, with the Quantum GIS (QGIS) and Google Earth topographic maps to simulate the flooding areas that are prone to flooding in the Wenshan District, and finally discuss on the advantages and disadvantages of the drainage project of Fuxing Road with the low-impact development of flood control facilities.
