The transparency of consumer information has increased the pressure on suppliers. The dramatic development of the cross-border e-commerce is the main reason causes many companies to close down instead of the domestic horizontal competition. Therefore, in order to prevent the shakeout of a company, it is important to pay attention to the changes in both the domestic and international economic situation and to maintain a high degree of competitiveness. The technology and innovation management become another important issue for many enterprises to complete. Through the streaming of cloud networks, many new technologies can be quickly shared. However, it might also cause the new technologies today would be outmoded tomorrow. Then, it could be a great difficulty for operating a company. The researcher have been engaged in the IT integration industry for many years. During this period, the researcher found that technology innovation could only maintain the basic market for a company. How to create a subversive business model is the key element for operating a company in this tough environment. With this finding, the researcher tries to investigate the innovation in agriculture and animal husbandry. How to put the issues of environmental protection, organic ecology and Internet marketing into consideration is the great challenge for the researcher to do this study. It is hope that the researcher could achieve this challenge to meet the idea said by the professor in the classroom that “The business leaders must be a pioneer to make the breakthroughs for the enterprise and then achieve the goal of quantification. The leader should and strive to complete all the unknown challenges.”
In this study, the researcher aim to apply the circular economy operation model in operating the Wagyu Japanese Beef farm. In order to do the study, the researcher established an actual farm that is currently undergoing planting and breeding. During the information collection and study modification, the researcher found that there are many elements would increase the burden to the farmer such as the extreme climate, water shortage that made the plants grow difficult. Though the crop failure made the selling price higher, the income of a farmer is lower since there was insufficient amount of products could be sold. In addition, the emigration of working labor in rural and the difficulty of farm mechanization caused the production of farming become rapid decline. In order to solve this problem, the government tries to import the foreign workers to fill the shortage of working labor of farming. However, finding the qualified foreign workers is not an easy work and it might spend lots of time. Now, the priority task for the government is to do the in-depth investigation of Taiwan''s agricultural policy and working labor allocation.
In this research, the “circular economy” is to use the abandoned pollution sources after breeding and planting has become an innovative idea for planting fertilizers and foods in this field. The goal of this study is to achieve the concept of environmental protection by implement “garbage into gold”. It is hope that through this study could increase not only the growth rate of the agricultural products, but also the impact on the effect of demonstrating this concept in youth farmer groups. Moreover, it is hope that the researcher could offer meager contribution to nourish our Mother Earth and to inherit it to the future generations. God bless Taiwan!
