碩士 / 中原大學 / 電機工程研究所 / 107 / In this technical report, we have changed the direction of magnetization by using the Halbach cylinder of the permanent magnet brushless motor for reducing cogging of the motor while the change of the flux linkage being in a form of sinusoidal under the circumstance of no change the motor geometry. This characteristic can increase the performance of the permanent magnet brushless motor. In other words, through using the Ansys Maxwell finite element method we analyze the motor cogging, the dynamic torque, and the air gap flux density of the permanent magnet brushless motor whose structure is with three-phase, eight-pole, and nine-slot of Halbach cylinders. Furthermore, we compare the differences between the radial magnetization and Halbach magnetization types of the permanent magnet brushless motor in terms of the magnetic field and the output characteristics.
