碩士 / 崇右影藝科技大學 / 經營管理系 / 107 / This study used the questionnaire survey method to explore the Waimushan Coastal Scenic Area and the Dawulun Coastal Zone in Keelung. After the leisure walks and recreational activities, tourists were satisfied with the environmental attributes such as physical, social, management and activities facilities, as well as tourists with different characteristics. Satisfaction with the satisfaction of various environmental attributes of recreational activities in Binhai Scenic Area, and explore the correlation between the importance of service quality and the satisfaction of tourists in the activities of Waimushan Seaside Scenic Area.
The results of the study found that the most important service quality for tourists, the most important quality attributes are 7 items (Table 4-4). There are a total of 8 quality attributes (Figure 4-1). There is a significant difference between the importance and satisfaction of tourist service quality. The conclusion of this study is that most of the residents and women in Keelung are over 50 years old. It is known that the relevant information found that TV broadcasting and travel books each accounted for 0.3%. Therefore, it is found that foreign tourists have limited understanding of the attractions of the Waimushan coastal scenic spot. When doing various large-scale activities, it is found that the tourism industry is a highly competitive industry and must meet the needs of tourists. Visitors care about the final product.
