Community has always had a strong parochialism, how to promotefrom the standard community to the group community? And is the Community Development Association really a new impetus for community development in the joint community model? Therefore, this study wants to explore the Interorganizational learning Co-opetition interaction between community organizations under the joint.
Through in-depth interviews with semi-structure, the study interviewed eight community cadres who participated in the flagship program, and with the flagship program related documents as a basis for data, Conduct research and analysis of the flagship program Interorganizational learning and Co-opetition. This research found 1. The association's capabilities are different, and the effectiveness of the training is different.2. Awkward or willing to participate in motivation.3. From Interorganizational learning and training to partnership.4. The relationship between co-opetition in nterorganizational learning makes the community up or down.5. Joint community operations require multiple training and coaching models.6. Endurance planning network relationship failed to formally promote the relationship with endurance.7. Establish the emotional professional work ability of the community professional social work.
According to the findings of this study, It is suggested that the flagship team should be suitable for applying the inter-group learning model and the competition strategy. Suggest that the flagship team is suitable for the use of Interorganizational learning modelands and Co-opetition strategies,Improving innovative services in the community.Let the community have a cooperative, efficient, and flexible collaborative execution model in the joint operation, Find out the activation innovation service of the community.
