An Action Research Study on Students' Marine Environmental Awareness and Practice Based on Food and Fishery Course / 食漁教育主題式課程培養學生海洋環境意識與實踐之行動研究

碩士 / 大葉大學 / 教育專業發展研究所 / 107 / In the past, Taiwan's fishery was targeted at the value of fishery production, allowing the operators to develop freely, causing great damage to the fishery resources and environment. With the rise of global awareness of international marine conservation, how to reproduce and preserve fishery resources has caused the society to pay attention to the issue of the marine environment. In education, the national primary school marine education curriculum is implemented in the form of topic integration, and the way of exploring and implementing the “food and fishery culture” is still rarely discussed. Therefore, this study plans a set of food and fishery courses to train students' awareness and practice of marine environment awareness through action research. Students are expected to cultivate the cognitive and affective development of marine education in the process, and find future courses, and explore the possibility of a food and fishery course.
The teaching program of this research is the middle-aged students of Xiao Liuqiu National Primary School in Pingtung County. The researcher teaches the food and fishery course teaching materials, through expert feedback, class observation, student interviews, teaching thoughts, student study sheets. The collection and analysis of isomorphic data, and the conclusions and findings of the research are proposed. The curriculum of food and fishery should include the understanding of species, the introduction of fish production, the methods of cooking and processing, the season of abundance and the custom culture of the property.
This study takes the dolphin fish that traveled to Xiao Liuqiu and the waters around Taiwan from March to May every year. From the recognition of exploring the traditional culture in the local area, and comparing and exploring the differences between the dolphin fish in different regions, and finally the discussion on the marine crisis And sustainable action, from the Xiao Liuqiu Environmental Protection Policy to the Global Ocean Sustainable Campaign. Using different teaching strategies and teaching activities, the design of static and dynamic teaching activities, guide students to actively explore the fun of food and fishery culture, improve teaching effectiveness, and explore the possibility of food and fishery courses from student feedback. Finally, based on the findings and findings of this study, the conclusions, reflections and future research recommendations of the food and fish courses are proposed.
