碩士 / 逢甲大學 / 經營管理碩士在職學位學程 / 107 / This study explores the emotional application of aromatherapy. The simplest way to quickly transform your emotions is to use the aroma of plant essential oils. Through understanding the emotions, exploring the aroma and healing power of plants can achieve the health and balance of body and mind. Because each person is an independent individual, the response is so different, and the intensity and emotional categories express different emotions.
This study examines from different emotional perspectives and conducts in-depth interviews with aromatherapists to share four emotions: angry emotions, fear emotions, sad emotions, and anxiety emotions.
Through in-depth interviews, collation and analysis, this study concludes that professional aromatherapists adjust the oil based on the overall condition and the needs of the individuals. Using aromatherapy to protect the body, mind and spirit, it is important to have a deep understanding of aromatherapy, to have professional clinical research experience and rich life experience in plant essential oils.
