碩士 / 輔英科技大學 / 生物科技系碩士班 / 107 / With the development of high-tech technology, Taiwan's aquaculture industry has increased its output year by year, which has brought great economics to Taiwan's aquaculture. However, aquaculture is often affected by viral diseases and therefore the production is limited, leading great losses to the farm. In aquaculture, the water is the source of introduction and dissemination of diseases. Once the virus infection occurs in a farm, not only the farm will be affected, but also the water used by nearby residents will be polluted because the aquaculture water is discharged into the public area. How to make the water source free of pathogens, the important key is to preventing disease. In this study, composite chitosan particles were developed for virus removal in aquatic products. Shiban fish virus was used as the main research object. The metal complex chitosan particles were prepared and the effect of chitosan particles with different metals on the adsorption of virus was examined.
