A Study on the Satisfaction of Coast Guard Security Inspections for Fish Boats into Hsinchu Fish Harbor / 漁民對海巡署漁船安檢勤務之滿意度研究 -以新竹漁港為例

According to the law, the coast guard implements the fishing boats security check. While the government advocates open marine policy, early strict control is not applicable. The government rolls out fast clearance for fishing boats in 2012 to meet the ends of convenience and simple. However, coast safety is concern. That how to balance safety and convenience is an important problem.

The purpose of this study is to explore the satisfaction of fishing boat inspection into Hsinchu fish harbor. This study uses P.Z.B. service quality theory as the reference to design questionnaire. A total of 100 questionnaires were distributed and 75 collected. The statistical analysis was implemented and the results show that fishermen serving different positions and boarding different dishing boat level had significantly different feelings about satisfaction of coast guard security check, especially for the captain and fishermen boarding a plastic bottle. In addition, in the five dimensions of satisfaction, reliability, reactivity and care have a positive impact on satisfaction.
