The superiority and inferiority of leaders'' leadership ability will also affect the influence of organizational members on job identification and retreat. As Taiwan has now shifted from compulsory duty to recruitment, the officers and men of volunteers have gradually become an indispensable and important part. Roles; However, during the transition of the military service system, most volunteers and soldiers chose to retire due to changes in work load and leadership style. The willingness to stay in the camp gradually decreased, resulting in the loss of talent. Therefore, how the leaders of all levels of the leaders retained their talents and became a country. One of the important issues that the military needs to face at this stage.
In this study, the officers and men of the sea patrol department Dongsha Island volunteers were used as the research object, and SPSS20.0 was used for narrative statistical analysis. It was found that the gender, class and monthly family salary income of the officers and men of the sea patrol volunteers in the sea patrol volunteers in this study were different. There is a significant relationship between leadership style, workload, salary and benefits, and the tendency to stay, while age, marriage, and education have no significant relationship to leadership style, workload, salary and benefits, and retention tendencies, while leadership style, work The four facets of load, salary and benefits, and retention tendencies have an interactive relationship.
